Yes. Bacteria is everywhere. Even after a rigorous surgical scrub, with sterile gloved hands, bacteria can be found on the outside of those gloves...it is practically impossible to get away from bacteria. So even if you eradicated the bacteria once, there is no reason that you could not be re-infected a week later or a year later from the same or a different source. If all went as it was supposed to, you were free of that bacteria on the last day of treatment. After that, anything can happen.
It used to be that those who had MRSA were immunocomprimised but it is common now in the general population, with no risk factors and otherwise excellent health.

Methicillin Resistant Staph. Aureus is a bacterial infection. It shouldn't reappear if it was treated effectively the first time. That does not mean you cannot be reinfected from other source however. There is a link for just this subject at CDC website.

An infectious disease that's being treated is less likely to cause contagion; however, it isn't a good idea to expose small children or other teachers until it is cleared up completely. If your concern is for your own child, you might mention it to the principal or administrator of the public or private school your child attends. If it's just kids of your friends, I would let them know and they can make whatever decision they think is best. As for the other teachers, they should also be made aware of the problem. Staph can cause a lot of serious diseases and no one should be unnecessarily and knowingly exposed to them.

Yes,
Those who have MRSA infection, usually have some underlying disease (DIabetes, Dialysis etc.) which makes them more susceptible. and are also more likely to be in healthcare facilities where people usually catch MRSA.....Even if they completely clear this infection, they can get re-infected

Yes, it most definitely can. The body carries it even after you show no symptoms.
