Grappa is the "SPAM" of wine. It's made using the leftovers, and it's nasty. It's sold to tourists in Italy.

You can substitute 2 tablespoons of white wine instead.

Put fresh gum under the napkin and flatten and return the fork and knife on top as if the table was freshly set. Put fresh gum under the water glass and press down hard. Bring a fly for the water or drink, (harmless but shocking).
