Its still okay, just might taste weird. Freezing causes the cell structure to burst. When you refreeze it, it adds to it. So the consistency of the meat might be weird...
Remember - the expiration date is a suggested date. Food is usually good three to five days later.

Put fresh gum under the napkin and flatten and return the fork and knife on top as if the table was freshly set. Put fresh gum under the water glass and press down hard. Bring a fly for the water or drink, (harmless but shocking).

Nope... steaks are only supposed to be frozen once and then defrosted. I wouldn't want to see ya' get food poisoning.

It's safe to eat but it will taste like crap.
You could cut it up and make some stew, or serve it to company.

You cannot refreeze meat and then defrost it and cook it. It is not safe. Throw it away immediately.
