It's a huge pantry and really deep so I do need ideas, got any?

I put all the canned vegetables together by typein one section,canned fruit in another,pasta sauces and pasta together,condiments togetherincluding cooking oils, cereals together,breads,cakes,cookies and muffins in one section towards the front so that you'll see them before they get moldy.

i place my baking supplies on one shelf, canned goods on another, boxed stuff like cereals, mac and cheese, etc. on another shelf
