I'm not certain what "arc eye" is, but if it is the blinding that comes from watching welding, I'm sure that they can. The physiology of their eyes is vertually the same as any other animal, including ourselves, just color visibility differs. I'm curious to see what others say....

I would imagine that they can! An eye is An eye no matter what body houses it!
