i am verry skinny and i do alot of axcersise but the thing is i dont want to be skinny please help i want to get this sorted out..

If you are sticking your fingers down your throat after eating then you may be. If you are just not putting on weight then you have a high metabolism.

Bulimia is an eating disorder when you throw up the food you eat. Annorexia is when you don't eat. If you're naturally small boned and you are thin, then that's not bulimia or annorexia. Although, if you exercise to a point where your body is being pushed too far, that's not good either.

Whatever it comes down to, the proper way to gain weight will not be to stack up on fats and sweets. Try to eat balanced meals.

Weight lifiting also helps build bulk.

Being bulimic is when you binge eat and then make yourself sick to rid your body of the food. There are other food addictions like anorexia (when you do not eat at all) and binge eating (eat mass quantities of food quickly) and others I am not too knowledgeable about. Do you feel you have a poor relationship with food?? Just being skinny and exercising alot doesnt mean you have a food addiction. You may want to consult a professional to discuss how you relate to your body and to food.

Bulimia is the act of eating and then puking it up. So you're not bulimic. You're probably just naturally skinny. I'm a skinny guy myself. I eat more than any of my friends, but I'm still lanky. A lot of people will say "If you don't want to be skinny, eat more". But it simply doesn't work like that, if you're skinny, then you're skinny. So unless you think you're dangerously underweight (like you feel faint a lot or breka bones easily), just keep eating and excersizing like you do now.

You're only bulimic if you eat a lot and then throw it up on purpose. You probably just have a high metabolism. Try eating mid-sized to full sized meals and keep working out for health reasons. Or if you just really want some pounds, just eat a lot and sit around all day.

People with bulimia tend to be binge eaters who use methods such as vomiting, laxatives, fasting or excessive exercise to compensate for eating so much. They eat a lot of food, feel bad about it and do whatever they can to avoid gaining weight from eating so much. Most people with bulimia tend to binge eat at least twice a week. It is not diagnosable unless this cycle has been occurring for at least three months.

Since your goal is to gain weight, I doubt that you are bulimic. My best advice would be to see your physician and share your concerns with him or her.

Bulimia (or however you spell it) is a disease where you force yourself to throw up after you eat. Anoxeria is a disease where you basically stop eating. People with these diseases only see themselves as fat, no matter how skinny they are. You might just be overexercising. I would talk to an adult or close friend about it

If you exercise to lose weight, use laxatives, vomit, or just don't eat, then you are indeed either bulemic or anorexic. If you don't want to be skinny, then you probably are not. I am anorexic, though I no longer binge or purge, I will always be anorexic.

I don't know how old you are but you need to speak to your GP. There may be something else that needs attention. Please do not just sit back and wait whatever you feel may be wrong get help. Wish you well.

your buleamic if you eat alot of food then thorw it up or do alot of exercies right after. if you do'nt wanna be skinny eat alot and do'nt do as many exerciese
