Jesus was not a guy! He is the Son of God! No human has those powers and I don't think they would want to. But, it is a good thing that God tolerates ignorance, because if not, you would be in a heap of trouble, my friend. Just remember, God gives us free will, which allows us all to make foolish mistakes and to sin. The problem comes, when we don't repent and ask forgiveness for those things. So, in answer to your question, NO! no one on here can re-attach a head or raise the dead. None of us expect to! We are not God! We are simply one of God's wonderful creations.
