Yeah, I'm on it right now.
I am on week nine and I have lost 24.2.
It is a totally sweet deal. Reasonable price. Good Support. You can really eat what you want as long as you stay in your point budget.
But, you will like double what you lose each week if you work out at least twice a week at a moderate pace (so you sweat). Don't have to start now, but think about it in the upcoming weeks.
The number one reason people fall off the wagon is.....TOO STRICT DIETING! I know you want to see big results, but these are lifestyle changes.
Follow the plan, even if it seems too easy.
I swear there are tons of days I have to eat more before I go to bed, because I have points left over. Do not try to skimp trying to "speed things up" you will do a good for a couple weeks then it will back fire.
Don't let a lapse turn into a collapse. If you mess up that’s ok. Actually that is an accepted part of the plan. It is NOT failure. The only thing that is Failure is quitting the plan all together. Even if you have a bad week and eat everything in sight...Show up weigh in accept the responsibility get on track. They will help you.
The other thing I have seen mess people up, is drinking too much. They stay in their points, but drink like 5 beers a day...not losing much. I think it is because it is empty calories.
Try to eat your healthy guideline stuff first. I.e. the fruit/veg dairy.
Good luck. You will feel good just knowing you are doing something good for you!
Good job!

YES IT WORKS. I lost weight by buying cookbooks (weight watchers) - I did not go to meetings (too much$$). Plus there are foods in the grocer (Healthy Choice) and they mark the weight watcher points on the boxes. It was the best diet I ever did. Lost about 70 lbs and have kept it off for 3 years. I eat my happy food on the weekends and maintain where I am. Good luck. It DOES work. I just answered a question like this.

I have been doing the WW at home for almost a month & I have lost abt 7 pounds so far.I can make out a big difference in the way I look & in the way my clothes fit me.The Flex system definitely works for people who want to eat everything they love to eat.If you are not fond of eating in moderation, try the core system.I have no access to the meetings but I am pretty comfortable charting my own fluctuations & giving myself peptalk when needed.Good luck to you.

Weight Watchers is amazing if you work the program, go to meetings, believe in it, and make sure you exercise. I lost 25 lbs. with it 15 years ago and never gained it back because it changes the way you think about food forever. Good Luck!

Yes it does, I've lost 63 lbs on it, when I was on it I was also allowed 35 extra points a week, to use on whatever I wanted, it still works as long as you don't go over your points and your 35 extra points

weighwatchers is not the way...try lowering ur carb intake, and raising ur protien intake...around 30 grams of protien per meal. you need to maybe supplement one of your meals witha protein shake instead of fruit...i suggest lunch time...like most after lunch you sit right back down..so what happens all those calories just stack up...also each meal should be eaten in moderation...do not stuff urself at each meal....this way there is no point system, and its a lot cheaper on the old budget...

I haven't tried it, but some of my clients have and they really like it. Accountability, portion control and they encourage exercise, which helps you to lose weight faster.
