Christianity is a huge part of life in America whether you are a believer or not. I personally do not believe, but I don't think Christianity is stupid. Ones thought process is guided by a series of questions you ask yourself, and the biggie is "What is the meaning of life?". Most people assume there must be a reason, and I can understand why this would be a natural assumption (otherwise, in their opinion, their lives would be random and pointless). I was once somewhat religious too because the thought of a "meaningless" existence bothered me. But the more thought I put into the idea, the less I needed a Higher Power to give my life meaning. On the contrary, the thought has made me realize my gift is not in the afterlife, but in this life, and to appreciate it fully. A once intimidating thought has become very empowering to me.
I personally would like to try to understand the mindset of all types of people, but especially those who think differently than I do. I can't make anyone become an atheist of agnostic, nor would I want to. All I can do is try to understand them, and hopefully they will attempt to do the same for me.

I don't claim that Christianity is stupid. If I do ask a question about Christianity it is because I am looking for perspective different from my own. This is how we learn.

Because Jesus stirs questions in the hearts of unbelievers.
The seperation from God can cause frusturation, and anger towards Christians too.
And some just come to debate! Thats ok too!

personally I hate the lies I hear from Christians that have never truly read the bible and only believe what other have taught them. also I believe that Islam is the best path for salvation, so I hope people will see the truth and worship God with all your hearts, minds and soul. I am curious how other people view their faith in relation to truth but mostly this is for entertainment purposes because I know that few will see the truth.

you know, you may learn a lot if you were to ask questions about science and evolution. Give them a break for trying to learn more about the other side of the agruement, at least they're open-minded enough to try, for Designer's sake.

Everybody likes asking questions. Everybody likes answering questions. Why should non-believers be any different?
Better be careful, kiddo. You sound like you're beginning to wonder "what do they know that I don't?"
