for my age i dont like my weigth you my think im crazy but i want to have a flat stomach what can i doto make my stomach flat i only gain weigth from my stomach and no other place in my body what can i do

You didn't mention your height. It would be a very good indicator if you are fine at your current weight.

As for your abs, I would suggest to relax and try to be less stressed....stress is shown to cause cortisol production..which leads to increased fat storage around your abdomen.

Also, try toning and working your abs doing crunches, weighted crunches, sit-ups, reverse crunches, bridges, side bridges, etc. There are too many to enumerate. But, if you pick a copy of Shape magazine..they usually have these exercises and instructions.

Having strong abs is not enough to have a flat stomach though, you need to do cardio about 4-5 times a week using intervals of moderate to high intensity to shed the abdominal fat.

I had the same problem a year ago (i was 13 and im female) luckily, we're still teens so most of us can burn like crazy. My advice is to pick up a high demanding active sport (basketball, soccer, swimming) or run everyday. This keeps you active since we arn't like 8 anymore and don't play outside.

Then when you eat, eat in portions. Eat in the serving size the box says and eat slowly. When you feel your stomach push back, stop eating because your full and anymore you eat is more you burn and if you don't burn your body stores it as fat.

As for the flat stomach? Do crunches everyday. Start off with 5 sets of 30, slowly moving up to 10 sets of 30, then 6 sets of 50, then 3 sets of 100. Once you get to 3 sets of 100 youll have that flat stomach dont rush it though, change your reps every week make sure you do it every night.

Hope this helps! I weighed 135-140 now i weigh 115 to my plan! Thats a 20-25 pound weight loss in about a month and a half!! NOTE: this may only work on teens.

Look up 8 minute abs online, i have seen it do wonders to people at college. Also try an exercise ball and do situps on that. The best way though is to use a weight while you do situps so you not only lose the stomach but gain abs in muscle in the process.

Sit ups will help you with that, do like 300 or so a day
