Who doesn't eat macaroni? It is one of the quintessential pastas. Perhaps second only to spaghetti. You hatin' on spaghetti? There are entire civilizations that would not exist or would not have existed without pasta!
If you don't like macaroni, then it's probably because you haven't tried enough combinations of cheeses or sauces or casserole options that exist with macaroni. Baked mac and cheese has to be my favorite.
