It seems to me that the world is full of extras sometimes - it's hard to beleive that there are so many souls...
I think that is an optimistic view point for a clever person who likes to take indecent advantage of people. I think most of us get tricked at one point or another in our lives, it's all part of the lesson it seems - it keeps us on our toes.
I think it would be a shame to live only in those moments and be a parasite on society, living off the misfortunes of others - though I kind of feel that way about insurance adjusters too, and others, who need people to have bad things happen to them in order to put food on their own table. Someone's gotta do it though, right?

You have it backwards, clever are the idiots that take indecent advantage of those who are not the idiots. OVER half the world is composed of idiots.

I would not say so. If half the world is full of idiots and the rest half is taking advantage of it, then all of us are changing places with the otehr half on a continuous basis.

I think its more of 1/3 are complete idiots, and about half of us get caught doing idiotic things. So no, I dont completely agree with that theory. But Idiots do get taken advantage of, I think.

No, I believe it to be false. The reason is the numbers you gave.
I believe we are all idiots. The ones that are less of an idiot take advantage of the ones that are more of an idiot all the way down the line.
