you have to go to the website for the prison/jail that the inmate is in and then look for a link on "inmate money". it should tell you step by step on how to do it by computer there. you should also be able to go to any store that sends western union and send it that way as long as you have the inmate # and name and what prison/jail that they are in. i think there is a pretty hefty charge for doing it online, but it is only $9.95 to do it western union and the money is available for the inmate 5 minutes after you do it.
