No she isnt she just doesnt like swallowing it. She shouldnt lie to u she should tell u the truth and say she doesnt want to swallow it. And i dont think that being allergic to sperm is possible.

Pour some in a glass, ask her to swallow it, and if she blows up like a balloon, she's allergic and go to the hospital.
If she turns purple, or pukes, she's not allergic and she's a liar.

Semen allergy is real.
Also read about burring semen syndrome. She may have had a reaction to some other guy's semen.
She can do a scratch test on her arm with your semen and look for a red/raised reaction over the next eight hours.
