my ex wont leave me alone, and he told me hes been cheating, then he found out ive been talking to a guy, which is cheating to him. So he started yelling at me for cheating...then i said, that hes been cheating on me, and he said, "So you go cheat because I did!?"
What do i say to that?

I think you both forgot you broke up. You say he is an "ex". So what's the problem? You obviously broke it off with him for a good reason, so keep it that way and tell him to go away. Talk to anyone you want....if he harasses you get an order of protection.

OK first of all he's your ex so it doesn't matter. Second just because your talking to someone doesn't mean your cheating. Your just talking. Third he needs to chill and mellow out. You two are over right? I mean come on he has a serious problem with his head. Tell him that it is over between you two and you are going to continue talking to this guy no matter what he says. Tell him to back off. If he's cheating then so can you anyway its not cheating if your not together and if its only talking. So just tell him to back off.

First you have to decide whether he's your ex or not.
Because you haven't really made that decision yet.
It's too simple. If he's your ex then you can't be cheating. If he's your guy then you make it up to each other and get back together.
Have you told him to get lost yet?
