Seriously you can't change my mind because my orientation is not a choice (don't claim it's a choice in your answer, it is a waste of everyone's time). Even if homosexuality was a choice what do YOU care if I go to hell for MY sins? It is about time you all stop trying to control us and worry about your own salvation. Can't you just consider us all a lost cause and let us live our doomed sin filled lives? Will you ever step off of your pedestal and let us be? NO I DO NOT WANT TO BE SAVED SO DON'T "SAVE ME"

I'm quite impressed; there are some great answers here, even from the christian community, thank you for that. No I'm not seeking attention I'm seeking a resolution and an end to the all of the control everyone tries to take over our lives. Yes, I can swim on my own thank you very much.

C_Bass, my relationship with my girlfriend is based on love and your belief in YOUR religion has no jurisdiction on OUR lives. So don't place the judgment on our love, judgment which you aren't allowed to place according to your god and your bible, they tell you that you can't judge.

Don't mention anything about letting you live your lives. I'm not stopping anyone from being legally recognized for their marriage to the one they love am I? I'm also not making you read this and I’m not inhibiting you in any way by stating inequality. Who is being inhibited here??? Stop being hypocritical, hypocrisy is the stance of a fool.

My pedestal broke years ago. Go ahead and do what you wish. As for you asking the question as to whether or not people will leave you alone about your lifestyle. It seems funny that you want "people" to leave you alone when you post questions like this only to have more about the subject written about and talked about even more. Hmmmm........are we needing a little attention? Maybe someone needs to be noticed a little more for their lifestyle choices.

I do agree with you, though. You should just live in sin. It's better for everyone involved. Especially if there are children involved. Ohhh, they really need to be exposed to your lifestyle. It's healthy, and makes perfect sense. Of course, if everyone were gay a hundred years ago, we wouldn't be here to talk or write about this (unless someone took one for the team). But you're right. No one should save you. Continue to lick away at your future.

Our faith is based off of love; we can't, in good conscience, just let somebody go to hell without even trying to help them. Homosexuality is largely choice, but I admit that in some cases it's a biological disorder, and/or a tendency that springs from somebody's personal nature. That doesn't make it ok, it just makes it a temptation for you, albeit strong. That said... you're being gay doesn't mean you're going to hell. Homosexuality is a sin, yes, but it's no worse than another. The idea behind salvation is that we can't earn it ourselves because we fail, so Jesus took the blame for us, and offers a free pass to heaven if we will only recognize His gift and accept it, and once you've done so your salvation is between you and Jesus, and no fire and brimstone preacher can take that away.

Look, im not going to give you a lecture or anything. Even though I dont support the lifestyle, I still love the people. You are not going to go to hell for that. The bible says that Christ died for our sins so that we can be saved. It never said but if you do a specific thing I dont like then im going to send you to hell. God loves everyone the same. Im sorry if anyone has ever told you differently. You may not want to have a relationship with God right now, but he will ALWAYS want one with you. Please give Him a chance. God bless

Way to go but can I add that you as an american have the freedom of CHOICE and what ever you choose is up to you. These people were never asked to help yet they always feel the need to do so. I think it's do to a lack of RESPECT!! I don't care what they say you are right. They should leave all of those they don't except alone.

Sinners go to hell?
Oh no! I thought God came to save the sinners?

Ignore people who say you'll go to hell because you sin. then everyone would be going to hell. Unfortunately gays and lesbians are the talk of the town at the moment.
Ten years ago all racists were going to hell.
And before that it was the feminists.
Nobody bothers about how much they gossip...even though God says it's just as bad as murder.
God doesn't want people judge eachother. Ignore it when his followers does...we're still learning.

The Christian life is the most acceptable. I genuinely have executed my own element in life to carry close that sin is in common words pleasing for a season. Sin in no way brings lengthy lasting peace, love, or exhilaration! to boot, no matter if i'm not sinning and purely doing my own element (i.e. being rewarding, courting, etc.), this too would not convey lengthy lasting peace, love, and entertainment. in common words a courting with Jesus Christ will convey eternal peace, love, and entertainment. Is the Christian life elementary...for sure not. life isn't elementary to no individual. There are good situations and undesirable situations, yet I genuinely have discovered that in a courting with the Lord, complications that come my way look a lot extra effortless to attend to even as surrendered over to Him. the position as some thing of the international has to position self assurance in psychologist, psychiatrists, palm readers, etc. How unhappy. and also you know what, all those people value distinct money. Jesus is loose and he receives you by ability of any difficulty, in case you enable Him. a million Peter 5:7, "casting all of your care upon Him, for He cares for you." Proverbs 3:5-6, "believe in the LORD with all of your heart, And lean not on your own know-how; In all of your procedures renowned Him, And He shall direct your paths." Philippians 4:6-7, "be irritating for not some thing, yet in each thing with the help of prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, enable your requests be made commonly used to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all know-how, will guard your hearts and minds by ability of Christ Jesus."

As a Christian we try to spread the gospel so that people will experience the joy that we have. Our view is that homosexuality is a choice and that is a wrong one.

So don't worry I can't save you. Jesus did, just accept it.

Your homosexuality won't keep you out of heaven. Just do yourself a favor and ponder accepting Jesus Christ.

They always have another irrational excuse for their homophobic dislike of gays..we all know it's religious based hatred and it's institutionalised and handed down from one homophobe to their kids along with the religious indoctrination...be glad you escaped the religion mind-virus.

I can't save you. Never could. Never will be able to. Not going to try.

Why do I care where you wind up? Well, now that's MY choice isn't it? As long as I'm not forcing MY choice on you, to quote you "why don't you let us (break cause I'm not gay) live our lives"?
