Homeopathic Treatment :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

try to cut back on junk food eat more fruits and veggies as a snack instead of perhaps potato chips or candy bars

drink a lot of water, it makes you feel full and therefore you end up eating less

try to take a walk every day start small and gradually make it longer

take an appettie suppressment, or energy pill
Propolene and Stacker 3 work good for me, but everyone is different

don't eat after 6 P.M once you go to sleep your body does not have time to burn off those calories and therefore stores them as fat. If you feel like you are starving I reccommentd eating something healthy like an apple.

If you can switch some of your foods to the low fat low carb alternatives that helps too

The best way to loose weight is to do it while your watchin T.V so your not completely bored ( that is if you excercise alone).

It is also nice to work out with someone else so that your not alone and it motivates you while someone else is doing the same thing.

To loose fat in the stomache best excersise= sit ups!!! try to do 100 a day and keep up to that. Make sure you eat right and drink lots and lots of water ( over 8 cups a day). Stay away from Sodas/ Junk food. Avoid eating dinner too late ( try to eat before 7 pm)

If you put your mind to it, im sure that you can accomplish it.

I had that same problem when I was in high school, I was 250 pounds and I want to lose all of it one summer( I know its impossible) but my motivations were this senior that I was talking to that had that same problem as a freshman, he joined the wrestling team and became state champion for his junior and senior year. He wen tfrom 230 something to 170 in about six months he lost all of his stomach and replaced it with an eight pack (first one I have seen), lost the fat on his legs and now leg presses about 1500 pounds! He benches 340 and told me that it was the wrestling and the coachs that motivated him.

Now I went into that very same wrestling room and also lost about 90 pounds. I weigh about 175 to 180 and starting to get my very own six pack, I'm so proud of it!! Still no where close to 1500 pound leg press but reaching for it. And no where close to 340 either. But he was my motivation and the coaches my first day in there said to my face that I wouldn't make it... so I proved them wrong.

For exersices; I would suggest that you start running and start slow and just keep moving, jump rope this makes you stregthen your calves and increases endurance, do lots of cardio. Watch what you eat and have smaller portions and snack every 2 or 3 hours this will get your metibolism up to burn the excess fat. Ride your bike or go swimming.

I hope this helps you it sure helped me to where I am today.

I have the same problem. I always lose motivation and I do not know why. TRY this...
for your stomach... I think crunches suck, but if you get a work-out video (like the firm for abs) it will get you going. It is like 30 min long and the instructor makes them easy to do-- and you feel so much better. After 10 times you will see results. Another thing you can do is commit yourself to go walking after dinner. You will feel a lot better...even if it is a 20 min walk, it is really better than nothing. Is there someone famous that you find attractive? For example my fiancé use to like Vida Guerra.... so I would look at pictures of her and tell myself I need to look like this....looking at someone with a hot body might help the motivation. Also, yoga is a really good way to loose weight and tone up (I also recommend a video for this). The best thing is to tell yourself that you deserve it and just imagine how good you will look and feel after you loose that weight. I really want to start running, but I suck! A friend told me that she started by walking 4 blocks, then she started to add a block every time she went walking. Then she started to run some...some days she could run 3 blocks, sometimes just one. Now she runs for 2 hours everyday. Walking/running will tone up your legs. I hope this will get some motivation out of you. This is funny-- I can tell you all of this, but at the same time I have no motivation. I need to get out and do something. Just remember this-- you can keep complaining about your body, and it is gonna stay that way UNTIL YOU do something about it...no one else. Good luck and get out there.

Drink lots of water. Water flushes the system of unnecessary things. Water also leaves you with a (full sensation) in your stomach. Excersizes you should do are not very fun, but they are called crunches. Like sit ups you just don't have to lift up as far.

Eat 5 meals a day. Small portions of eggs, chicken, and fish, for protien. Vegitables and fruit. Lay off the starch, breads and pastas. That goes right to your stomach area.

Do what makes you feel good every day. Stress is something that people overlook when trying to loose a belly. Stress causes you to store fat in the stomach area. The reason for this is because millions of years ago, when we were stressed was because we didn't know what we would eat for dinner. The Tyronisourus Rex was pacing outside our caves, and we couldn't go out and hunt. So we stressed out selves out and began storing fat (food) in our belly area.

Try to get in a contest with a friend to keep motivated. Start a 'water war' - see who can drink more glasses of water a day, and create a prize for this.
Step Aerobics are a good way to tone thighs and stomachs.
Try a DVD by Kathy Smith. She has very uncomplicated moves. (no crazy hard to follow dance steps)

Do whatever exercise you enjoy! Then you'll WANT to keep doing it.... Hey, here's a tip; Walnuts make a GREAT appetite suppresant, just a handful or two (unsalted). Be sure to cut out sugar & white flour (simple carbs). Good carbs are complex (fruits, veggies, whole grains).

Portion control? YES! Eat half of what you want (tell yourself, you can eat the other half later, then put it away). Treat yourself to favorite activities & friends. Take the walnuts with you everywhere...
Enjoy losing weight! It can be fun!

are you under a lot of stress? do you feel overwhelmed a lot? i'm a fitness instructor and i've found that students who feel they don't have any more motivation usually have other things going on in their lives causing stress... they aren't really losing motivation as much as they are gaining feelings of lack of control and helplessness in their lives.

take a long hard look at your life and try to find out what triggers your feelings of no motivation... do you see other thin fit people and you get intimidated? did you eat something high fat and felt like you messed up so you should give up? is someone in your life making you feel bad in some way at home or at work?

if this is how you're feeling get to the root of your feelings and take control!

i've also found the best way to really analyze and think things out that are bothering me is when i'm exercising... it's like all that blood rushing around my body puts my brain in overdrive and works it all out.

good luck and keep at it... you're worth it!
