what can i do so that the "horseshoe" doesnt start on the bicep and end in the middle but continues along to the back of the tricep..... Anything i can do at home with dumbells?

Make sure your not over working the muscle you must have rest days and check your form. Correct form is a must for the best development.

As for dumbells stand if front of a mirror with legs shoulder width and with both hands grasp the weight and raise your arms over your head and lower behind your head. I suggest doing 3 sets of 12 reps.

Triceps are uilt by pulling and reverse lifting.
