I see him evry monday throught thursday and were good friends and i have his cell numberbut he doesent know how i fell about him. Sometimes i think hews flirting with me! I want to tell him but what if he freeks out and doesent whant to be my friend any more, i dont whant to loose that!!! If i should tell him how do i?

this can't be true love. it's just a crush as your hormones kick in as you go through puberty. so relax, and forget him.
if he is flirting with you steer clear as this is 100% unhealthy. he should be seeking girls his own age.
you dont tell him a thing. if it's love then you will still feel the same in a few years when you reach 18 and upwards. only then consider thinking about dating the guy if your still interested.
but he could be sent to jail as other aswerers have said.
to repeat the only thing you can do is stay well away from him for now.
tell a teacher, tell your parents tell your friends about the guy.
just tell someone you trust about the guys unhealthy interest in you. only unhealthy due to your age, you are still a child legally. some might say your a young woman.

I've been there, so please understand I am not trying to be mean.
You are not old enough to be in love with anyone. Crushes are fine and great. I don't think you should tell this guy that you love him. There are 2 possible outcomes. If he is a good person he will distance himself from you because you are too young for him and really need to be with guys your own age. If he's not a good person then you are opening yourself to being taken advantage of.
I was taken advantage of. He kept me close and treated me like a girlfriend and at the same time was constantly pushing me away because it was illegal to have a sexual relationship with me. He had girlfriends and he had me, a shy sweet little girl who thought he was "IT". He took advantage of me, he confused me and made my first few real relationships more difficult. Don't tell him, stay friends and find someone closer to your age to go out with.

Hi. I am going to tell you something you are not going to want to hear. This friend of yours is just too much older than you to have any type of healthy relationship. You are in totally different frames of mind. I know you are flattered by this man but he has no right to be having any kind of a personal realtionship with a girl. No honey the only thing you should be that serious is with school. FOR REAL. Second of all he's too old for it to be that serious. I think the friendship is good right now. Even if he makes advances you are too young. Granted I started dating my boyfriend now husband when i was 13 I kept my focus on school, and so did he and he was only 1 year older than me. Im not saying you are not keepin school first, but make sure you do too many girls are becoming a statistic.

Im 15 & I like an 18 yr. old too, but I really liked him so I never told him becuz he wuz 2 old 4 me anywayz. If he's your friend, don't because you'll ruin your friendship. He's gonna say h*ll no. He might even have a girl or 2. You are gonna send him to jail. Just go for 16 or 17 yr. old.

I do not want to discredit your feelings, but you are only 13 and hes quite a bit more mature. There really should be no reason why he is interested in you because you are on completely different wavelengths. Try to meet someone closer to your own age so that you will have similarities.

You're way too young for a 18/19 year old, he's at the college age and you barely stepped into highschool!!! find yourself a nice guy your age 13,14,15 even but not above 16

Well you are to dang young ok so try to find a guy your age and all he wants is sex at that age so you do what you think is right but this is the smart thing to do because if you have sex you could get pregnant and die because you are so young and he will end up hurting you because he is out of school and can get college girls so please im trying to help Axelsangel peace out!!!
