I had not even 30k miles when all this started to happen. I traded in my Mitsubishi Eclipse turbo for this car because I thought I was making a better choice by switching to a Honda. But I never had not one problem with my Eclipse and sold it in perfect condition at 150k miles. Now I want to get rid of the Honda, my balance is $13,300 and they don't want to give me more than $13k for it.

Need some advice on what are my options.

Well the AC could be as something as simple as a fuse. If your car only has 30,000 or so miles it should still be under factory warranty by Honda. Take it to a dealership for service.

Rotors going bad either means that someone didn't change the brake pads on time and destroyed the rotors or someone drove the car very hard and warped the rotors. This is the fault of drivers, not the car. Any car will warp rotors under the same conditions. If you mean brake pads and not rotors that is normal maintance on any car.

CD player not working could be as simple as the CD laser lens is dirty and will not read a CD track. A CD cleaning disc might solve this problem. If the entire radio is not working, again could be as simple as a fuse.

Rare to have a Honda as a lemon. Either you have simple fixes that seem hard. You have a car that was beat on prior to you owning it or it was wrecked or flooded and you got taken.

Have a mechanic look at the car for real judgement on the problems.

If you payoff is $13,300 and they offer you $13,000 and you are waiting for a better offer, dont' hold your breath. Rare that you can even get near your payoff.

If you really want to ditch the car that bad without doing basic repairs, lose $300 and sell it.

Who is "they"? And you didn't sell your Eclipse in "perfect" condition. If Honda or Toyota is offering you $13k for your trade, TAKE IT, and buy one of those cars, if it's someone else, LEAVE. Take it to Honda or Toyota, get their appraisal and buy one of those cars. I'm not sure of your situation with your car but these are the 2 best automakers in the world. Odds are in your favor, that unless you're really hard on your cars, your next Honda or Toyota will be perfect. You know like all those other millions of customers?

Did you check on CarFax first?

Your warranty should cover.

Your experience is very unusual. I would assume all of these things were covered under warranty, no? I have had 5 Honda-made vehicles, and virtually no problems with any of them (not to mention four Honda motorcycles).
Check lemon laws in your state.

I would jump for joy that you can get out of it with only a $300.00 loss. You don't have any abnormal issues, cars break. Fix em and move on... But I would jump out if I could... you will never have that opportunity again!!!
