I just started soccer a year ago! I like this guy and he said that he likes girls who play soccer! How do let him know that I like him and that I play soccer and yea!

Start up a conversation - about soccer. If he likes it now's a good time even if you've never spoken before, because you can ask him what he though of the World Cup. Then move it around to mentioning that you are a soccer player. Hopefully things will click, take it from there.

Why do you like him? If it's only because you both like soccer, then you shouldn't waste your time. If there is more to it than that, then you should take your time in getting to know him.
If you aren't desperate, then you don't need to hurry. If soccer is something valuable to you, make sure it stays that way by being careful about how much you expose your interests to him. You'll find out that alot of guys are more shallow than they appear, and he may have made the comment about soccer chics in an off-handed manner. Maybe you could just ask him if he wants to go kick a ball around at the park. Make sure he is interested in you and making you happy if you are going to spend any additional time with him though, you should be able to tell by how he interacts with you if you play soccer together (does he let you win or beat him in anything).

Nike sells these really cool shirts with soccer balls and stuff and their swoosh sign. Wear one around him first. If he doesn't say anything, tell him you need help with a particular technique in soccer that you have been having trouble with. Or ask if him if he watched the World Cup and what he thought of it. and then show him your ronaldo step over. or ask 2 play him in a game and show him how 2 tackle.
