Because all the liberals would nuts if we had a national identity card (like every other country has) and the SSA would not be able to take money from the illegals and never worry about having to give it back.

If she isn't the following legally, there is not any way the social protection workplace ought to offer her a SSN. this is maximum in all probability that she received it illegally by some ability. i do not recognize how human beings attempt this, yet i have heard that's a large difficulty the position unlawful extraterrestrial beings are acquiring and making use of the SSN of others.

The card and number was never meant to be used for Identification purposes. In fact the orginal cards state that right on the card.

As others said already, the ss card is not for identification, and it shouldn't be. You don't even have to have the card; you just need to know your number. I haven't seen my card in at least 30 years. Do you really think we need one more photo card that has to be replaced every few years? For what purpose?

cause they said that it would cost too much to revamp all the ss cards. shows how safe our social security number is to our country. what a bunch of morons. i would pay more to have my picture on my card, if that could help prevent id fraud.
