yes. As a kid growing up on the Lower East Side of NYC,
I remember the CHO CHO malted ice cream bar on
a stock. The wrapper had a clown (I assume Cho Cho)
and the chocolate outer layer had crunchies

I loved Cho-Chos. They were malted milk push-ups on a stick. We got them in a small market and confectionery store. Mary Ann Yum! Yum! Delicious!
