First of all, if you are really serious, you have to have some self control and self discipline. You must exercise and you must eat right. Cut out the sugar. If you need something sweet, chew some gum. drink loads of water.

Here's my friend's kid:
Ok, it doesn't matter how you look, just how you act. So what if your friends weigh 15 pounds less than you? It's not like they're going to hate you right? I know how you feel!! I'm almost 12, and I weigh 70 pounds!! I get mad when I can't fit into clothes either!! My mom is sick of always sewing my pants. Anyways, you can just find clothes that are big. You don't have to wear limited 2 clothes right? Or if you do, buy a larger size of clothing. If you just HAVE to lose 15 pounds or more, work out. Go swimming 3 times a week for 1 hour. Jog 3 miles every monday, it's up to you. Hope this helps!!

You absolutely have to start with discipline. You need to force yourself to make healthy food choices on a consistent basis. I don't know anything about your current diet, but if you consume soft drinks, candy of any kind and/or fast food as most young people do, STOP. You should add lots of fruits and vegetables to your diet and always drink water when you are thirsty - not juice or soda.
If you don't do any kind of exercise, you should start. You can find a track at your school and run a mile a day. Being so young, you shouldn't have to push yourself all that hard to burn calories.
Since you are only 12, if you make these conscious decisions, that will be enough for you to get to a weight that you want.

If you're taller or more ahtletic than they are, it doesn't matter that you're twenty pounds heavier. Exercise more, and don't eat as much junk food. You don't have to cut junk out entirely, just eat it once in a while. Plus, stop shopping at Limited Too. Trust me, once you get to about 7th or 8th grade, you won't be liking their clothes anymore. Start shopping at Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, H&M, etc. You'll be looking good with new clothes; who cares if your friends all shop there, the clothes aren't worth the cash anyway.

Exercise and eat right. Same as anyone else who asks this same damn question. And if you don't fit in your clothes try buying a size that fits. Telling people you weigh 125 means nothing either. Without a height that does not give enough information to see whether you are just being paranoid about your weight or if you are a 4'5" butterball.

Start by not typing LiKe ThIs. Second, who cares where all your friends shop, be different, be yourself. The Limited Too has clothes for younger kids anyways, you are almost a teenager, shop at teenager stores. Third, don't care about what other people think.

no sugar diet
simply DO NOT eat sugar look at the Nutrition Facts and anything over 10 grams is a NO-NO but, try and stay under 5 grams if you can.
One last thing ...no eating after 6pm . I lost 30 pounds this way. I lost it in 3 months!

You don't need to look like your friends. I have the same problems. My friends are all smaller than me and can fit in the cuter clothes, but that's not what it's about. You shouldn't be worrying about fitting in. Find clothes that make you feel comfortable instead of clothes that are too tight you can't breathe. It's better to be comfortable than to wear tiny clothes.

You need to exercise..It depends on where do you need to loose weight if it's in your stomach area then you need to do some running or aerobic exercises but since your 12 u can't join the gym so running is good for you and ab exercises are great, leg lifts for inner and outer thighs..Squats for the butt...Eat less but you need to eat...Have a cut off time to eat like don't eat past 8:00p.m....

just dont eat those cheetos, starbucks and all those fast food restuarant foods. when you are hungry just go get yourself a carrot/apple/banana/ well a fruit or vegetable that you like. just try to eat 2 courses of food a day. like in the morning eat something healthy like orange juice and an apple or oatmeal. and then when its dinner eat what your mom gives you but just eat less than half of it. if your hungry between courses theres always fruits and vegetables. also excercise. the best one i have found is tae bo! it really works. just do that like 4 times a week. youll see results in no time :D
