No. And this is why:
1. Too few calories. You body will go into starvation mode and horde everything. You'll actually GAIN weight.
2. Not nearly enough protein - you'll be hungry ALL the time.
3. No veggies? Fruit? You need the nutrients and fiber. (Fiber helps you feel fuller longer.)
4. How about a little dairy? You need the calcium and nutrients.
5. Your body needs a little fat to be able to absorb some vitamins and other fat-soluable nutrients.
Aim for no less than 1500 calories a day. Eat vegetables, fruit, whole grains, some lowfat dairy products, and lean protein.
Good luck.

Kinda, you sort of have the meal plan laid out, but your choices of food are not too smart. Your not feeding your body enough and you will be famished, causing you to over eat.
You must include one more snack between lunch and dinner. Eat with in an hour of waking up. this will boost your metabolism. try to include protein with every meal. Protein gives you energy. You will also need a carb in the daytime. Without a carb you will feel fuzzy. Your brain needs 600grams of a carb a day to focus. Instead of all those special K bars, (which have sugar, the ceral is much better for you) incorporate fruits and veggies into your diet. Don't forget about yogurt (the best kind is with out fruit) Salads are great for lunch add some tuna, turkey, or chicken to it, remember only 2 tablespoons of dressing. For dinner, you should not have anything. You can have a sensible lean protein small portion, a veggie, and a measured carb.
Your almost on the right track, but you need to do some research to get where you really want to go. The trick is to never let your body get hungry. If you eat 3 samll meals a day and have a snack in between every meal then your body will never get to the really hungry phase (know when you are so hungry your tummy is literally turning and you feel like you can eat everything) you never want to get to that point. When your body gets too that point your body panicks and eats the muscle, leaving the fat. Causing all of your healthy eating useless.
Here is my eating plan, I eat as many times a day as i want, but the majority is fruit and veggies. Today along I have eaten 4 pieces of fruit throug out the day. For lunch I had a chickpeas with egg whites. Beans are a great source of protein and go great with everything. (research chick peas, black eyed peas, black beans and kidney beans) I drink water through out the whole day and I am off to the gym where for two hours get home and eat a sensible diner. I usually try to have a veggie as part of my dinner.
Don't get me wrong, I eat fast food like everyone else, i also eat cake, chips, and cookies, but instead of a whole bag I have a handful..
Hope this helps!!

i think you need to eat more for breakfast. It would help you feel more full through out the day. You also need more fruits and veggies. They are low in calories and fill you up. Stay away from fried foods no matter how small the portion is. Remember you have to eat enough, your body needs 1000 calories to do daily functions. Anything below that your hurting yourself.

What are you on...like 600 calories? Your going to gain weight from that.
Try Breakfast: Special K Bar, 1/2 cup of skim milk and a peice of fruit
Snack: good choices...try adding string cheese or celery with PB
Lunch: 3oz of chicken, fish, beef, 1 cup of vegetables, 1 cup of whole grains, 1/2 cup of skim milk
Snack-need a snack here
Dinner: 4 oz of protein, 1 cup of vegetables or fruit, 1 cup of whole grain pasta, yams or rice (brown or white)

no.. it's not a good diet... i notice almost no food or calories at all... which will slow your metabolism down to nothing.
pile up on fruits and veggies, lean meats like fish and chicken, and fiber rich cereals like "kashi" brand with skim milk. don't forget lots of water.

It's a fad diet. Why torture yourself. Fashion a diet after something more well-balanced and kind to your body, like Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig. Be nicer to yourself.

geez, you sound like your starving yourself to death. Just eat small portions, eat almonds and carrots for the munchies, chew gum for the sweetness, you are going to faint!
