There are between 30 and 50 million species. Take two of each, that's 60-100 million animals. Let's say he was working 24/7, moving 100 animals per minute (which is pretty damn fast, but we'll give him a little lee-way since the big guy was backing him). By my calculations it would have taken him between 416.7 and 694.4 days to complete his task. How did he keep the ones on the boat alive during that amount of time? How did he cope with the huge amount of fecies produced? Where did he keep the food for all these animals? Do I really need to go on? These are fairy tales people. They hold as much fact as Zeus chunking lightning bolts down from Olympus.

Oh the answers just get funnier and funnier... I guess he took a few species and the rest evolved from there? They will never believe it was just a story that was made up to keep the masses in line...

careful what you say about Zeus...
I asked a similar question and as it turns out Noah was 200 years old at the time of the flood and all the animals went into a state of hibernation and didn't eat for the 7 months until the water receded. See? There's perfectly logical answers.

Ok. Before the great flood was a society far more advanced than ourselves. They had already developed cloning and put all of the species into little tiny vials for safe keeping while the rest of the world was wiped out. It didn't take very long at all. They took them all to Antarctica which was now free of ice because that is what caused the flood. They repoulated the earths species with all of the cloned DNA and before they could get off the Island, Antarctica re-froze covering all evidence of the last remaining super advanced species. but all their hard work paid off, because now we get to slowly kill off every species that they saved through constant polution and deforestation.

Does that work for ya...? Sounds good to me...

The account in Genesis 7:4 God told Noah he would make it rain in yet 7 days... so, within 7 days, Noah had to assemble the animals. Common belief is that God led the animals to the ark. Noah was to take 7 each of "clean animals" (the male and his female) and fowl, and other animals by twos.

I don't think Noah had to go and gather the animals to get on the Ark. God caused the animals He wanted to go on the Ark to migrate there. Each little species did not get on. For instance each breed of dog did not get on, just a pair of dogs that probably looked like mutts.

i'm no longer efficient it fairly befell how that is asserted to have befell. I watched an extremely exciting biography on the heritage Channel portraying what "fairly" ensue between memories out of the bible and they are all taken out of context. operating example the splitting of the sea became easily a earthquake that led to a crack sufficiently large contained in the earths floor to empty a course of water that moses walked. also the pink sea became led to by employing a gasoline seeping from from the earths crust and became the water a muddy pink color portraying pink water. that easily nevertheless takes position. So i trust all memories contained in the bible are slightly fictional yet no longer completely made up, slightly ingenious.

Probably the gathering started soon after the ark was begun in construction, It would take time for the animals to walk to the location of the arc, good question, I don't believe the answer of time is in the bible.

many educated christians lately starting new trend of anials being in Noah arc.
Its not every species, its every kind. So lets say cat goes on the boat while Lion, Panthere, Jaguar and so on will be genocide by GOD.
But than they will fail to tell you how the hell in 4000 years cat evolve to be Lion.

Reread Genesis: Noah only took a specified list of species.
