You can try them all, but it is not going to work untill you cut your portions in the half and exersize daily. Eat what you usually eat, but only 1/2 of it. Cut any sugar and bread, and walk a lot more. You will see that you will loose weight. I lost 40 lbs in 6 month and still have another 70 lbs to go. But only thing I did is cut my portions and started be more active. That is the secret. Do not waist your money on these diets. Save it up so you can buy nice smaller size clothes later :)

Well, no they aren't the same thing, the only thing they have in common are they help people lose weight. Looking at Kirsti Alley's results I'd say Jenny Craig is the best.

No they are not really the same thing. According to the last few years of research on weight loss plans, Weight Watchers is the only one that not only helps you lose weight, but teaches you how to keep it off. LA and JC make you purchase their product. WW teaches you how to eat regular food and still lose weight.

i think weight watchers has you cook your own meals with your own food, but Jennie Craig wants you to buy their packaged foods and LA weight loss has their own products too.

I'd go to weight watchers cuz you'll learn more about nutrition and portion control

Weight Watchers is the best out of all of these. You have accountability, portion control, and they encourage exercise, which will aid in losing weight even faster. They're great.

they are all different diet plans, jenny craig has there own food, i dont like jenny craig weight watchers are more flexible and you can eat alot more by using a point system try them first
