Exercise and eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Cut out all junk food. Drink lots of water too. But trying to lose too much weight in such a short period of time is dangerous, so be careful.

Ok I play arena football and there is one way you can do this that is very effective start drinking nothing but water iam serious, drop soda and whatever else you drink, drink it throughout the day, and three times a day run at least three miles this will have your weight down in less than a week if you committ to it, i have done it many times before the season starts, look after what you eat though, stay away from sloppy foods like pizza, fried foods, get on a green diet salads etc. yogurt is good and light pasta, light bread , all these things will help you reach your goal.

Only liquid you intake is water or sugar free drinks like crystal light. No refined sugary food in any other forms i.e. no candy, ice cream, twinkies, etc etc. Also don't eat anything but green vegetables and chicken or only steamed brown rice and green vegetables. Notice I said GREEN vegetables. No corn, potatoes, carrots. As far as green vegetables go avoid broccoli. Eat lots of fresh spinach, greens etc. Also, work your *** off. At least 3-4 hours of intense excersize per day. If you don't have excersize equipment, fight a place with several flights of stairs and run up and down them non stop for hours on end.
If you really want to loose it fast you should be excersize so much you feel absolutely exhausted and incredibly sore when you are done.

Your name says it all, sweetie, you eat to much and don't exercise enough, plain and simple. You can't loose all the excess in two weeks.-- it didn't take two weeks for you to put it on, it won't come off in two. And there is no emergency when it comes to weight loss. Pure and simple, you must burn more calories than you eat. That means a diet, and exercise. Go out and play with your friends, instead of sitting in front of your computer or TV, and sorry.... along with the diet, some self control... the hardest thing of all is to do it for yourself...... Any diet works, as long as you don't nibble in between, and pack in the calories when no one is watching. Some helpful hints: make the sizes smaller, eat slowly, and stop when you are satisfied, not stuffed... and go out and play

There is no way you can lose that much in two weeks. Your going to need to go to your parents and doctor to tell them that you want to lose this weight the healthy way.
They will give you the amount of calories that you should be eating. Try eating about 1200 calories and adding an hour of aerobic activity each day. By the way your weight isn't bad. You should be weighing between 110 - 145 pounds.

First of all, your weight for your age/height ratio is not all that out of whack to start with...but if you wish to "grow into" your weight/body, simply eat right, exercise and MODERATELY watch and feel yourself change...there is NO SAFE AND RELIABLE way to lose "extra baggage" (unless you say just a couple of pounds perhaps) in just 2 weeks' time!! DO NOT EVEN TRY IT!!!!!!!!
NOTHING can possibly be THAT important as to put your health at risk!!!!
THINK TWICE..and think again!
GOOD LUCK!!!

Drink as much water as possible not to exceed 180 oz in a day, eat lots of fruit and vege's-fruit like pineapple and melons will work wonders, watch your dairy intake but dont miss out on the vitamines your body needs at 14-also eat chicken and lean meats. walk every day, 2 x's a day if possible-eat fat free foods if your bored and not really hungry like red licorice-also watch your sodium intake-sodium is harsh on water weight-good luck-and smile-your headed in the right direction!!!!

I don't know how much you'd like to lose but losing more than a couple pounds a week is unhealthy....an probably won't last anyway if you succeed.
A lifestyle change is required. It need not be drastic... just stick with the plan.
