I sit on this computer chair in a weird way..with my knees bent in..and I sit on my legs for a long time...hours sometimes...I lose blood to my lower legs and I get serious pins and needles...sometimes it takes 10 mins to get the circulation going...

I don't drink water..I have moist foods and sometimes juice...and I feel fine!!

I'm naturally skinny so I eat a lot of junk...I don't gain weight...I'm 20 and I weigh 115 pounds...do I have to worry if I know I wont get fat?

These are all bad habits but are they truly that bad?? And health advisors or doctors here to help??

Well, doing stretches will help your bloodflow to your lower legs. Try doing some at work. Drinking water is important..because it will reduce some of you sodium absorption of the junk foods you eat. So try to drink at least a few glasses of water to hydrate yourself. The pains you feel in your legs may be eased by drinking more water..since dehydration can lead to cramps. Juice is good if it is not too high in sugar.

You shouldn't eat so much junk food...though because eventually it will get to you. As you age, your metabolism will slow down. And, if you do not build muscle to maintain your metabolic rate or do cardiovascular exercise...you will tend to store more fat...so yes, I would suggest you start an exercise regimen. It will also help you when you get older because you will have a stronger foundation of fitness and health. I, myself, started to seriously exercise when I was 20.

Be healthy!

Yes, they're bad, but I think you already know it. You may have trouble with your knees, if you continue sitting this way. You're stretching your ligaments to the limit, and leaving them this way. Give your poor knees a break and sit a different way!
The way you're eating and not drinking water? Yes, this is bad too. Just because you aren't gaining weight doesn't mean that you are healthy on the inside. You are pumping alot of junk in, what do you think? If you're cute now, you'll be even cuter if you start taking better care of yourself, your skin becomes glowing when you exercise and drink water, also eating right. Get it together girl!

Not sure but you may have problems with circulation if you keep sitting the way you do. You may eventually gain weight due to your diet. Also, you may have health problems later eating so much junk food. You don't have to be overweight to have high cholesterol or diabetes.

Your metabolism might slow down as you get older ..and you might want to drink some water now and again.. it might be easier to do that in mornings with breakfast..
