Check your height and weight using the BMI (Body Mass Index) calculator. In general, it gives a good indicator if you current weight is healthy or not. It does not take into body type though. The following link below works for children or adults, so its fairly accurate.

Depends how old you are.

8-10 ~ 70 - 95

11 - 13 ~ 95 - 120

12 - 15 ~ 125 - 135

15 - 17 ~ 140 - 150

18 + ~ 150 - 160

(It also depends how much muscle and fat you have and what type of figure you have.)

Don't go by height/weight ratio. You judge your fitness by muscle tone. If your thighs and arms are toned you are in good shape, no matter what your height/weight ratio is.
