Don't let all these answerers scare you. Cocaine is a central nervous system stimulant so it will increase your heart rate. But unless you do a lot of it, you don't have to worry about comas and death and all the other bad stuff people are telling you will happen.

The key to all things is moderation.

Not good ones as it puts a strain on your heart. Cocaine is pure poison as are any drugs.

Well it makes your heart beat really faster than it should which could cause it to skip a beat and cause stroke, heart attack, etc... Not a wise choice at all.

it make your heart rate increse and over time the muscle in your heart wears away sooner than if you never did any speed

is a muscle that controls the blood flow your heart races to fast
it could kill you if you couldn't slow it down
