You sound like a friend of mine who got married recently, you need to tell them to grow up and you shouldn't worry about the petty things its YOUR Day and your Fiancee's day not theirs. So you can have 3 maids of honor and 1 matron of honor, but they all need to just grow up and be lucky you picked them all to be in your wedding.

Do you have a family member instead as the maid or matron of honor and then you don't have to choose between your friends. You can simply tell them that you "had" to choose your family but they are all so important to you.
If not, you just have to figure out wich one is always there for your, and which one is most important. Not an easy choice. Good Luck and have a great wedding!

My sister was my maid of honor but after her everyone told me that I should have people stand closest to me in the order that I liked them. But it sounds so absurd to me to choose between your best friends like that!! So I ended up having the friends I've known the longest stand the closest to me - which also ended up being in order from shortest to tallest. If you really can't choose between them, maybe you should pick a reason like how long they've known you, and let them each know that you just couldn't choose between all of them. Good luck!

Put all their names in a hat and in their presence have your fiance draw one name from the hat and then the next and the last. That is the order they will stand in. Make sure to give them different yet equally important roles in the ceremony. One to hold the ring, one to hold the bouquet, and one to manage the train and other things that need to be done during the ceremony.

I have 2 options for you. One is ...have one stand next to u for ceremony, one at dinner, and one make the speech.
OR, choose to have the bridesmaids and groomsmen sit in the first rows on each side after they proceed into the ceremony. That way you don't have to choose, and it will just be intimate with YOU and your HUSBAND as the focal point. I ve seen it done, and it is pretty meaningful. Good luck

That's a tough one, I hate weddings for that reason. They actually put a lot of strain on relationships, which is ridiculous. Perhaps the one that understands your dilemma the most should be the one who stands next to you. She is the least judgemental and the most empathetic to you. Maybe you should gather them up and tell them this, see what they think of that!

The Matron should be first. As for the Maids, you could line them according to how long you've known them.. :)

I say, go with age. The oldest. Or if you were any of their maid of honor's or bridesmaids.
The other two, you should give special 'shout outs' to, at the reception. Or let them give the toast.

Look for the most responsible one because at the end she just might be a slacker and trust me you do not want a slacker. They will give you a big head each.

I agree with Drama Mama 100%. No matter who you choose someone is going to be upset. Pick a relative, and blame it on your mom. Obviously tell your mom so she can back you up. good luck
