I Love Mexican Food, so I would have to say Camarones Cancun. It is shrimp wrapped in bacon with a white sauce, that has green peppers, and white onions. With some rice and beans.

I think that I like ones that I do not fix myself too much. Like bbq spare ribs, chicken parm and such. Normally I fix simple things that taste great, but are not complicated. I mean once in awhile I do, but not all the time as it would not be special! :)
