While police have the right to search for a specific person, they do not have the right to destroy the house. As far as other people present, yes, police usually do warrant checks on everyone and will arrest anyone with a warrant. If the police find stolen property or drugs while there, they are required by law, to get a warrant to search and possibly destroy anything not in plain sight.

OK if they have a search warrant they can search any where in your house. But they can't necessarily arrest every one inside the house
They can arrest them if they are committing illegal acts or they have a warrant for their arrest.

Yes, if they have a warrant, also they have the right to run everyones name in the house at the time, if they have outstanding warrants they will be arrested also

Well, if they have a search warrant that is the only way they are permitted in your home(unless you invite one in!)
And yes, they can arrest you if you are in possession of substances and illegal stuff. Everyone else too!

if they have a warrant to enter the house sure.... say they are looking for someone, they bust in, dont find the person, but find drugs, people in the house will go down for the drugs

if they have a warrant they can search the house. if the other people there are doing illegal things they can arrest them.

i dont think so. just when they come to front door u go out the back door. lol. but no they cant arrest everyone.

they do that kind of stuff more than what we know. If they are bound and determined to "find" something on you, they will. Of course, we can't assume that all of them are bad. Cheers to the good guys!!
