Can't say as I've heard of "the all white diet." I tell my clients to switch everything over to wheat, probably along the same lines, although I don't have them go over board. Be careful with diets that want you to be "extreme" and eliminate all of something. They're usually difficult to stay with.
It does sound a little like low carb, and we need the carbs. Hopefully they're telling you to not eat white, but to eat wheat breads, rices instead? If they're having you not eat breads, rices, at all, then it 's another name for low carb, and these will keep you feeling very tired and low energy.

Even after your cat begins a diet, it'll take awhile for it to start working. This is what you can do in the meantime: Most pet outlets sell wipes which you can buy to clean cats and puppies. They're lovely affordable. I had to purchase a container and i feel they were around $4. So that it will help you smooth your cat. As for the mess he is monitoring around, if it is carpet, i have found that Oxyclean blended with water works quite good. Combine it up and put in on the subject. Wait a minute or so and take a scrub brush to it. It comes off lovely simply. I do not have an reply to why he is sleeping within the litter field if he hasn't earlier than, however i have heard that if a cat all of the sudden starts doing that they may have a wellbeing issue. My family has a cat that has achieved that seeing that it used to be a kitten. The vet was once not involved for the reason that he stated the cat has invariably carried out that. The vet did say that it mainly alerts a difficulty when a cat is older and suddenly does it.

No, and it sounds as if it is missing a drastic amount of thought or scientific research. How could white food make you, well, fat? Any reasonable progress would be too incoherent and obscure to come to a logical conclusion.

Edit:
And by the way all you lazy low-carb dieters, do you even know what carbohydrates do? They are easily broken down by the body into energy. Energy that you lazy Akins slobs could use at the gym instead of paying $110 for a month of low carb meals that get you less farther than actually working at a gym at $50 a month.

So Coke, Devil's food cake, Hershey bars, Hamburgers, Steak, are all still good?

Sounds like my kind of diet.

Of course it does sound kind of racist. Does the NAACP know about this?
