i had plenty of chances of coming up to this girl but it just seems that i can't do it how do i get over it and go up to her?

Why don't you start baby steps. since you can't just walk up to her why don't you start by either finding out her number and calling her or just smiling at her. After a couple of these than maybe you will have the courage to walk up to her. Good luck

Just tell your self your own advice, its now or never, if you don't truly believe that it is that way you may never ask, and i know it sounds like a cliche but the worst that can happen is she says no and then at least you will know and can move on to someone else that you may like

pretend that it doesnt really matter.. Dont care about the outcome so much, and it will be easier.
get close to her in terms of space.

just do it hell, but all the scariness behind, do it than you will feel better. This is how i started dating my fiancee, i was just like you than one day i told him he had a whole in his pants, we started talking and it went on to getting his number been with him for 3 years now find something to get her attention. of course he did not have a hold in his pants i just wanted to start talking to him.
