You should never use people meds on animals unless the vet advises you too. they may be too strong and may harm the animal.

I suspect your cat has ringworm? Ringworm is a fungal infection very similar to athletes foot.
My vet prescribed Lamisil AT for my kitten when he developed ringworm and it worked very well. Make sure he doesn't lick it off as that can make him sick. The kitten with the ringworm didn't lick it off but the older cat would groom him and got sick (and got the ringworm as well, stupid cat :-) ) from doing so.
I suggest taking your cat to the vet to be sure. But ask the vet about the lamisil as a first action because the prescription drug is stupidly expensive (mine was like $80 for a weeks worth and I could not for the life of me get the cats to swallow the pills)
Good luck

call your vet and get their advice first. this may work for ringworm which is a major pain in the butt!!! as a rule of thumb never give animals people medication as some can be deadly or cause serious illness. if kitty has ring worm keep in mind that it can and may come back months later. it runs it's course and goes away and then sometimes comes back and it goes from cat to cat.
if vet prescribes pills, tilt kitties head back and gently pry open mouth and drop pill to the back of the throat. if it gets on tongue it will be spit right back out as you. if must go right in the back of the throuat and then gently hold mouth closed for few seconds and then let go and watch to see if pill stays down. if not try again.
i have a kitty with asthma that i have to give pills to.

Isnt that a human drug? If it is DO NOT USE IT! If not and the vet prescribed it then give it to her. DON'T EVER GIVE YOUR CAT HUMAN STUFF THOUGH! I used to work at a vet's office and the main cause of death for the emergency room was people who gave their pets human stuff or dog pills, etc....

Isn't that the stuff for athlete's foot? If it is, use it only if the cat has athlete's foot and needs his feet better to play soccer.
