if she starts getting bored try a new recipe, it can make all the difference in staying on target or giving up.
Also, be supportive, don't bring home things that you know she loves but should not eat. Invite her to go for a walk or go on a trip to the country where you can talk long walks together. Exercise should be fun too. If she slips up, tell her hey everybody has a bad day just get back on program and keep on going.

Hi that brilliant if she has lost 7.5lbs when i went to weight watchers i was only loosing 1-2 lbs a week, i dont think you realise that 7.5lbs is half a stone and next week if she looses anothr 7.5lbs that will be a stone. I lost my stone in three months so 7.5lbs is way cool tell her im well happy for her as i know how she feels. So i don't think she needs any more help in loosing the pounds as it could make her ill loosing it too fast, just gentle weightloss is good. Just tell her to keep up the good work and stick with weight watchers and all will be good in the end.

Why would she want to lose extra weight? She's losing it pretty fast right now. She's doing the right things, Weight Watchers is great, and she is walking, which is the best thing for her to do.. If she eventually gets bored with walking, she might want to join a club and work a little differently, but she's doing a great job, and should stick with this routine for awhile longer.

This sounds like slimming world to me as you don't have red or green days on weight watchers.
Why do you want her to loose more that 7.5 pounds in a week? Its only healthy to loose 2-3 pounds a week particularly if she wants to keep the weight off

2llbs a week would be a healthier loss, easier to maintain and keep off. The simple answer is eat less than you use, so the more you excercise the more you can lose.
Good luck to her
You sound like a great support
How come all the good guys are taken?

i'm pretty sure that if shes got red and green days that shes on slimming world not weight watchers. But thats pretty much a technicality. 7.5 lbs in a week! are you sure? thats a lot she shouldn't loose that much regularly its only healthy 2 loose up 2 about 3lbs regularly. sounds 2 me like shes doing everything right she should b fine.

These things take time. It sounds like she is doing the right thing and as long as she keeps exercising, the weight should come off. To lose weight too quickly is dangerous and not sustainable. Good luck to her!

You always tend to have a better loss in the 1st week, Just keep encoraging her. I think you'll find the red and green day diet is slimming world, but if it suits your girlfriend, that's what matters

7.5lb is far too much, all she will have lost is water and stored muscle glycogen....
1lb per week weight loss is the target to ultimately keep it off...Eat a little less exercise a little more...No need to starve yourself or go training crazyyy

I think it is great that you are supporting her weight watching efforts. More exercise should help her - did you know that a woman can use over 212 calories of energy making love? So, what are you waiting for?!!!!
