you have to go to the dentist and get the baby tooth pulled...unless it is loose enough to pull it out yourself.

Leave it! In January I had my permanent tooth removed due to an infection. After a CAT scan, the dentist found that the baby tooth was fused to my jaw bone. I was told that surgery to remove the baby tooth possibly could cause me to lose the two surrounding teeth, break the palate bone or jone jaw. If you are not suffering from any dental problems or are in pain, I would leave the damn thing.

I would just wait till your baby tooth falls out on its own. Both of my bottom ones grew behind my baby teeth and eventually they got loose nd came out
