Find a Christian church with a deliverance ministry. Depends on where you live, maybe this will help:

Look up an Assemblies of God, Vineyard Church, or similar Charismatic church or prayer group. There should be someone there that can come against this curse. If you are a believer you can plead the blood of Jesus on the person. Or they can profess that they want to be covered by Jesus blood, as a temporary measure.

Don't give an validity to a curse, then you create the effects yourself. Curses are not real.

you can take them to a christian church, have them pray over your friend or this person u know.
depends on what type of curse it is, what this person's gotten involved with.
