Not that i am fat i am actually pretty fit i just want to look better than my boyfriend.

try to do sit ups with someone holding ur feet. do around 200 a day. or do the most u can at once.. do 6 days a week and u should have nice abs within two weeks.!

building abs, or a 6 pack is not too hard. a great work out is the 8 minute abs program. but you could just do crunches, and side crunches to work on the obliques. If you have some belly fat do not just do crunches, this will only difine your abs. your body burns fat from all over not in one spot.

thats how I did it, with sit ups and crunches etc.
