That they exist ......
Then pOw !!!
They move next dOOr ........
Some of the nicest people
ever .........
I would choose to live next door
to Mormons much more than anybody
if i had to have people close to me ...
They will DO anything for you ........
They have only tired to convert me
once !!
And have NEVER tried to influence me
again .... & still be friends with me .....
I thought they were pushy like all the other
religions are, with others if you don't want
to convert, they turn their backs on you ...

As a Mormon I was once asked if we keep goats in our churches and sacrafice them on Sunday. Which is of course not true. The guy then asked me why our churches were so big and was very excited to learn that there was a basketball court inside.
I've also been asked if our parents really cut off horns from our heads when we're born. It's really wild the things that people get into their heads.

That they all believe in polygamy. Also, that they plan to take over the country by controlling Taco Bell, KFC, and Pepsi. That cracks me up. :)
In my experience, Mormons are some of the kindest, most Christ-like people I've known. They may have unorthodox beliefs, but those beliefs give them strength of character.

I'm Mormon. Years ago, in high school, my friend asked me if we dig up dead bodies to baptize them. I laughed out loud.
What we actually do is baptisms by proxy so that those who have passed away, before having the opportunity to be baptized by priesthood authority have a chance to receive their baptismal covenants if they choose to.
Once my boss told me that she used to think we had horns. Just to pull a fast one on her, I leaned forward and started parting my hair and said, "actually, they're pretty vestigial these days, but you can still see the bump where they used to be." It took her a few seconds of utter shock to figure out I was joking. I will never forget the look on her face! Priceless.

I have been a morman. I am no longer one but I do respect them. There are alot of their teachings that I really like. The one I disbelieve and the reason I am no longer a Morman is because I do not believe that one man (thier leader in Salt) is not wrong on doctrin. I beleive he is man just like all others.
