just be open. i've met someone omline before but you can also look at work. i'm a nurse and several of the docs i work with have ended up with the nurses and i think most of us if we're honest have dated the docs. yes im guilty i dated two of them no not at the same time. but if your getting ready to start your residency i wouldn't necessarily look for lasting yet because you're bare;y going to have time for sleep much less dating. be sure you find someone pretty understanding and good luck with med school.
