This isnbt always my problem but every so often I cant *** during sex, even though it feels better than anything. MEtally i eel as if i have had one but i really have nothing to show for it after. I feel bad because my g/f thinks its because of a lack of interest but not at all, I am totally into it, i just keep going. what can i do to help myself get over this? I originally tried to hold back my orgasms to give her one, but now i cant bring them back.

Instead of "Slam, Bam, thank you Mam, try some foreplay.That may get her more aroused,which will get you more aroused to the point she starts begging, then take your time and start talking some "nasty bedroom talk to her" (that might be the only time you can do that and get away with it). Keep the lights on even if they are low, or let some natural light in so that you can watch her expressions. If she wants to be in charge or on top, let her. If you want to do her from the back(always exciting), do it, and don't think about holding back at "spunk release time". BTW, the term orgasm is generally used as the women's expression of the man's "busting a nut".

I think your gonna need to stop having sex for a week or two. Get you a playboy and try masturbation, focus on your orgasm. I dont think holding back an orgasm is very healthy as you have discovered. When your with your women and you need to burst -let it out. Women complain about guys being quick but it actually makes us feel like you really enjoyed us. Then you can go for round two and get her off :) Good luck!!

Odds are that if you aren't producing any ejaculate, you can do it again. If it feels as nice as an orgasm where you do ejaculate, but you find you can do it over and over again, I'd say you (and your girlfriend) are lucky. Work on this and see if you can turn it into a good thing.
