sure... hopefully you mean this based on getting to know their personality prior to meeting them in person.... if you mean just because you saw them but have never had any communication with them... that is only physical attraction... so most likely your feelings are only superficial then...

I think you can because women like to love things. On the other hand would I get into a relationship over the internet or phone, NO WAY. You don't really know that person, or their true personality. For instance they could be a rapiest, or psyco. I mean honestly here how many girls have gotten seriously hurt for giving some guy over the internet their phone number, or met up with them. On the other hand people that have done eharmony have gotten together. So I guess I can't answer that one.

Are you talking about someone you've actually seen or someone you've created in your mind? I know I've done both which sounds really weird. I'll see the same person all the time and feel like I like them more and more without ever knowing their name or anything about them. I don't think they're true feelings because you imagine what they are like so you think this is how this person is. But you never know until you actually get to know them. Just like when you create your ideal guy in your head. You pretend that you know this amazing guy and if someone doesn't match up to him, you're not interested. I think it's normal to gain feelings like this though.

Well yeah but do you mean you met them over the internet or just think or dream about someone you never met but you know theyre out there? Could be your soul mate in that case. Either way, its possible!

It is possible to pick up feelings for someone you have never met (i.e. internet pal), however, keep in mind, it is your mind that creates the facade of that person. Once you meet someone and get to know them, then you would be able to know if it's for real. I don't advocate meeting ANYONE from on-line.

Yeah, I don't know how deep the feelings would be until meeting. But I would imagine a let down after the meeting only because we tend to build things up in our minds.

So wait- you've never met but you know them well enough? Um- that doesn't really make sense, but I guess you could develope crush-like feelings, just don't start believing it's love or something. And I garuntee, once you get to know them your feelings will change, whether they grow or lessen.

Well I guess but if you don't even know the person you shouldn't be to deep into your feelings. How can you have feelings for someone you never met but you know that is a litle confusing!

Anything's possible.....you probably really like the peerson because you share similar interests but i doubt you have Strong feelings for them, if you do, DON'T let them get too outta control.....take things slow and them assess the situation once you actually meet in person and get to REALLY know them.:-)
