The people that God speaks to know it is God speaking to them. They always know exactly what He says and that it was a true encounter with God. If they do not know when God is speaking, they are in trouble at the heart of their christian life.

There are two ways to answer this question... 1 the complex way or 2. the simple way so here goes...
1.) Your body is the temple of the Lord hense God is within you however he is not only within you but within everyone else...from the time of birth that you enter this earth you are been tested. you have the decision to either listen to the bad advise or the good advise... its starts simple from stealing sugar out of a pan, cookie from a fridge etc...
The less you listen to it is the less you hear it and that applies to good or bad and that will form your morality. ie If you steal the cookie everytime then after a while you wont hear your contience telling you not to take the cookie although it is always telling you not to. Inversely if you decide that taking cookie is bad then you wont even hear it and this moves on to more intense temptations like to steal money or to take someones girl etc..
Your concience will never tell you to do the wrong thing and always have the right answer but you sometimes need to meditate to hear it..
2.) your concience is really God instructing you to do good.

Every time I've asked people to explain me the whole "god talks to me" thing, it always sound like their typical "conscience" or "subconscious", for others god talk in their "dream" and finally, someone told me that god's voice "sounded like his". The most important thing is, this god always tell them what they want to hear, even if it contradicts what god has told to someone else. Here is the part where the "God has different answers to everyone" comes up. I haven't heard even a solid enough answer to even consider deepening in such claims.

Why would you ask your self a question when you don't know the answer? but yet the answer seems to come to you! do you not believe this could be the voice of God? to know the difference between right and wrong, to be able to reason with ones self is the spirit not in you?
Their are those who are raised poorly that still know the difference between right and wrong and their are those who are raised properly that do not listen to the voice. I believe that it is Gods voice that we here and his grace to let us make are own decision that gives us a conscience!

I think sometimes it is, but if you are born again, the Holy Spirit takes over your conscience.
I also believe that a lot of people say this because it ends the argument, especially with other Christians.
Nevertheless, I am sure God speaks to us on occasion, usually by a gut feeling that gives peace, tho some have heard Him audibly.

Conscience is your own balance after you received a message. After all You decide your next step! And the beautifull thing about it is that if You made a mistake in Your judgement or action, You have the oportunity to change and to improve.

I do not expect non christians to understand my relationship with God ---
No it wasn't my conscience ---Conscience is a moral faculty that leads to feelings of remorse when we do things that go against our moral precepts. Such feelings are not intellectually reached, though they may cause us to 'examine our conscience' and review those moral precepts, or perhaps resolve to avoid repeating the behaviour.

I have had God speak to me through other people. I have been prophesied to and those people didn't know what was going on in my life- some actually didn't even know me. The words that came from them were true to my life and actual things I was going through at the time. I have been prophesied to a couple different times.

Consider those that chose to be tortured to death rather than deny God...You think that was there conscience? The simjple truth is God reveals himself to those that value him. So to those that have no value in him there is no revelation and it is all a mystery.

momento_mori is right. people who pray and talk to god all the time are just nuetralizing their own consciences so that they can be selfish and break the law and the rules of civil behavoir.
praying for many people is just helping your subconcious mind make excuses for your evil conduct toward others.
