Yes or you are at risk of developing full blown TB sometime in future...yo might have to take multple medicines then which might harm your liver then..better take one now for 6 months or nine months.

Yes, and you need to complete them or you are at risk of making some of the bacteria resistant to antibiotics. If you didn't really need to take them, why would they bother prescribing them?
