Deep conditioning is really deep treatment that involves nuturing the hair. If you want to stay with natural stuff, Eggs and Olive oil are good too. If you want a treatment that includes natural elements, I suggest Loreal Nature's Therapy Mega Moisture. If you think that your hair is only suffering from loss of oil, try Ojon treatment.

You would be surprised but I have often used olive oil to deep condition...I leave it on overnight covering it with a shower cap and the next day I wash my hair thoroughly. But remember,if you want to keep your hair looking good do not wash your hair every day,try every 2-3 days it keeps the natural oils in your hair to make the strands healthy...I should know,I have long hair (down to my butt) and it is soft and healthy,so give it a try.

Deep conditioning is when you wash you hair and then put conditioning in it then let it set for a good 30 min or so matters on how thick your hair is after the times up wash it out and there you go!!! works better if your under a dryer when letting it set.if you do it right it should turn out with your hair silky soft!! good luck.
P.S. remember don't wash your hair every day it's not good for your scalp and the nutrients in your hair.

Go to a beauty supply store ask for cholesterol. It is a thick cream that you use to deep condition hair. Wash your hair apply, then put a hot towel around your hair then wrap the towel in cling wrap.

Try olive oil. It's got a subtler fragrance :) Deep conditioning is just an extra moisturizing conditioner that you use once a week or so.
