As a bartender, I'd advise against making Long Island Iced Teas, or any other strong drinks your special, especially on a football sunday.
I understand your desire to do something different and cool and memorable, but you are going to have to keep your customers under control, and coming back week after week.
Stick with beer. It goes with football, and if you have guys there all day drinking watching sports and most likely gambling, you don't want them getting too lit too fast. Trust me. Light Beer. Can't go wrong.

Get next years schedule and order beers from Microbrewery's from the team's respective state.Also research for Popular drinks from each team's state.Examples:New York/Manhattan's or Long island Iced Teas...Seattle/Red Hook Ale.
