i have thin and dry hair? any way that i will help me healthier hair?

there are a few products out there but I use a hot oil or just plain mayo, put on and wait about 10 - 20 min. wash and its alot more silky and shiny, it will take a few washes to get it out but it really is a good way to help dry hair there is also a product called tails a horse shampoo, not really expensive can find at any sallys store and more and more stores like kmart super centers and walmart super centers are starting to carry it also strenthens your hair, you can also go in and have them give you a cut that will help thicken your hair, and also it gets rid of all the dead ends,good luck,
